Service usage is subject to all applicable yourSEOpick specifications and policies, subject to modification without any prior notice by yourSEOpick. For any query regarding to our services, outlined through this website, customer shall direct communication only to yourSEOpick by phone or e-mail.

Violation of agreed upon terms and conditions, specified by yourSEOpick through terms of services, conditions and usage policies, will void the service agreement and termination of all the services to customer without any refund and prior notice.

We are obliged to carry out delineated technical and creative operations, with honest efforts to uplift the related customer website higher on search engine result pages though we do not guarantee any specific increase in number of prospects or sales through any service, delineated hereby the company website. Search rankings with specific search engines are not guaranteed for specific placement.

If the site gets penalized or restricted by search engines, it is yourSEOpick's liability to perform required consequences, only if it is due to the operations performed by yourSEOpick as a part of search engine optimization service or other delineated services, which should be clearly indicated by respected authority / search engine through a legal document.

If customer employs third-party services during terms of services without prior expressed or written approval by yourSEOpick, it will be considered as violation of terms of services and will void the service agreement.

yourSEOpick do not owe any liability for the information supplied by customer for purpose of submissions. If required, customer will have to supply yourSEOpick activation code received in mail or by phone or by any other means, to confirm submissions or activate listings. yourSEOpick reserves the right to refuse listing creations within 30 days of activation due to inability in fulfilling listing due to reasons unrelated to yourSEOpick.

We refuse liability to any offensive action taken by search engines, in regards to customer website due to third party plugins and add-ons, pre-existing or added after service agreement with yourSEOpick, without prior approval or written permission by yourSEOpick, unless they are proprietary of yourSEOpick.

yourSEOpick is committed to white hat SEO implementations & assures employment of services which meet standards and practices as approved by major search engines.

Content writing and related services are subject to individual creativity which varies from human to human. Though yourSEOpick assures quality of articles, there is no assurance about number of visits and search engine rankings, as a factor of link baiting or similar service.

Services are subject to auto renewal under same terms and conditions as specified in original service agreement for the same duration as specified in service agreement, until cancelled by customer before the end of contact duration. Payment information specified by user in subjection to the service agreement contract will be used for purpose of payment for renewal of services by yourSEOpick.

In case of cancellation of services, user will fall subject to payment conditions specified in Payment and refunds section of this document.

If late due to such issues, customer will be offered substitutive services of the same value. If there has been no negative response within 6 days on client side, it will be assumed that customer has accepted substitutions and the same will be carried out as part of services. If refused within 6 days, customer will be able to choose other options in same category. In later case, value of each activity is considered to be Nth part of total package value, where N is total number of activities. In case of pre-term cancellation, customer will be charged full for already executed activities along with applicable cancellation fees without regards to discount applied at the time of purchase of our service.

Though yourSEOpick is obliged to provide optimal site loading speed and convenient usability with 24x7 online availability, availability of website and customer support is subject to various factors, including but not limited up to, server speed, web traffic & technical factors. In any case, we do not hold liability for aforementioned delays and interruptions.

By purchasing our services, customer is granting yourSEOpick all legal rights including copyright, trademark, patents, publicity, creative rights and other rights in defining & employing optimization or promotion strategies and formulating descriptions and promotive or submission content for customer in connection with this agreement.

Customer also warrants and represents that Customer's service or product or website will not violate or tend to violate any applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, code of conduct or intellectual property rights and all customer-supplied information is correct and original. Violation of foregoing will result in immediate termination of service agreement of customer's account without any prior notice and may cause subsequent legal actions and judicial procedures with customer.

By purchasing our services, customer also agrees to indemnify yourSEOpick against any and all third party claims, demands, actions or cause of action which may be brought against yourSEOpick or the customer or both in respect of the unintentional breach performed as a part of campaign/service.

yourSEOpick, hereby assures employment of all preventive security measures to protect customer data against loss, alteration or any unauthorized misuse. All user data is stored by yourSEOpick in secured databases and no information is shared with unauthorized person or even customer itself without prior request by client.

We guarantee no unauthorized disclosure of customer info such as, including but not limited to, email, address, contact number, credit card number to any external or third party individual unless ordered by court of law or similar level of authority.

yourSEOpick offers to provide customers opportunity of displaying their data to third parties if they desire so, however customer will always be notified of this in advance. If required during submissions, yourSEOpick customer support team will ask customer for information sharing permissions, which customer holds full right to reject.

Any customer information such as bank account number or credit card number is kept highly confidential and collected only to process the service order. As soon as the order is fulfilled, all customer data is discarded from databases.

The service agreement is governed by laws of Gujarat, India. The agreement supplants all other agreements between customer and yourSEOpick with respect to the subject matter hereof. Any conflicting conclusions from additional documents, oral discussions and other agreements are void. Confidentiality of service terms is not to be surpassed by any of the both parties, either customer or yourSEOpick. Upon prior requests, confidential information, such as, permissions, queries, account details and more, is to be exchanged over e-mails or other agreed upon medium. Each party is bound to not disclose the important details those are confidential to other party to the third-party, until third-party is professional advisor or government authority, without consent of the rest. A notice sent from sender's account is to be deemed as sent notice irrespective of receipt by the receiver.

Customer is responsible for all charges up to the amount of purchased service package. Charges are solely based on yourSEOpick's campaign measurements, unless externally agreed by yourSEOpick in written. Customer is also responsible for paying taxes, government charges and all applicable expenses.

Currency of payment is either U.S. Dollars or Euros or Indian Rupees equivalent to the current market exchange rate as specified in service agreement.

Customer has to make payment to yourSEOpick within 7 days. If payment is missing or declined, the customer will be applied notice of 7 days. If there has been no affirmative response in 7 days, the customer account will be dismissed and site will be reverted to its prior-agreement state, for which yourSEOpick holds all rights.

By purchasing our services, customer privileges yourSEOpick to share credit card, billing and other payment information with associated executives, third parties and accountants for sole purpose of payment procedures relevant to services affecting customer's account as specified in service agreement. yourSEOpick shall not be liable in case of misuse or unauthorized disclosure of such confidential information by third parties.

In case of service cancellation, payment will be refunded in compliance to following conditions: If customer want to cancel service within 24 hours of service agreement, customer will be given complete refund upon written request over email to yourSEOpick. The request must take place within 24 hours of purchase as well. If cancellation is requested after 24 hours, through email, customer will be charged full campaign setup cost regardless of any discount applied upon purchase of services as discounts are relative to purchase only. For cancellation after duration more than month, customer will be charged fully for all completed months and the last non-complete month along with set up cost. This means the month that is not completed will also be charged full month payment. For all other months, complete monthly refunds will be paid back to the holder as per terms.

In case of modification of terms and conditions and policies by yourSEOpick, customer will be notified one week beforehand through registered email and website notification. If there has been no negative response to the notice in one-week of notifications, it will be assumed by yourSEOpick that customer has accepted changes.

If customer has issues with modifications, customer can redeem the payment for cancellation of service as per preceding payment terms.

Customer reserves right to claim relating to charges unless claimed within 30 days after the date of charge.
